Eternal questions and dilemmas that horses help answer. Self-awareness training is recommended for anyone who wants to learn about themselves or develop and refine skills with the help of horses. Horses can be used to effectively develop:

Self-efficacy

Communication
-
Leadership skills

Mindfulness
Horses also provide instant and credible feedback on a person’s strengths and weaknesses, that will be worked on with the therapist.

PSYCHOLOGIST, HR MANAGER, EQUESTRIAN THERAPIST, EQUESTRIAN INSTRUCTOR
I graduated from the University of Pécs with a degree in psychology, and then I continued my PhD studies at the Doctoral School of Eötvös Loránd University as a member of the Developmental Neuropsychology and Addiction Research Group. The dynamics of human relations and resources have fascinated me since I was young, so I earned an MSc in HR Management from the University of Buckingham and pursued certificate studies at the Harvard University in International Relations and HR Management.
My love and respect for horses has made it clear since my childhood that it is my duty to share the healing power of horses with those who want change in their lives.
